Mag-Tab SR
Great product. Took my M.D. Months to find a magnesium that I could absorb. This one really improved my health.
Magnesium pills work!
I have been taking Magnesium for five years and it keeps my level of Magnesium up in all my blood tests. I take 8 a day. It is cheaper than going to Walgreens or Walmart.
Bartters syndrome
I am a Bartters patient.. And this mag SR has been my saving grace. I have been able to keep my mag levels high enough and it reduces my IV mag therapy.

Most magnesium products create tummy issues. This one is the only one I have come across since being diagnosed, that actually gets absorbed in my body without the nausea and diarrhea.

I've had Crohn's Disease causing mal absorption problems a good part of my life. I was very deficient in Magnesium. Taking regular magnesium tablets only made matters worse by causing diarrhea. With Mag-Tabs, I can get my Magnesium without the diarrhea. It is a Godsend!
Barging price at first/now too costly!
These tabs were reasonable price when I started to order these tabs a bit pricy! I have to research /site for a less cheaper price.
Most absorbable Mg I have found
I have tried all kinds of magnesium over the years. This has been the only one that does not give me diarrhea when I take enough to overcome my deficiency. RBC test on six of these a day has my Mg level in the middle of the normal range. I have taken this for years, tried other kinds of Mg, and always come back to this one. Mg deficiency is very common in the US because of depleted soils.
