Mag-Tab SR has saved my life!!
Among the many things that magnesium supports in your body is mental health. I have been taking it for 20 years to moderate mood swings caused by hormonal imbalance as recommended by my doctor. It has brought stability to those imbalances, including uncontrollable crying, and therefore stability to my life. I can NOT imagine my life without it. I am certain that the time release nature of it makes it superior to other forms. Words can not convey how grateful I am to have this product.
Only time release magnesium pill I know of
Only time release magnesium pill I know of. Buying directly from Niche gives a substantial saving over buying at Walmart. However, the price has increased somewhat from my previous fill. I wasn't assimilating enough magnesium from ordinary immediate acting magnesium supplements available over the counter, and now with these time release bills I'm getting enough magnesium. I take 4 pills per day. My order has always been delivered promptly.

Best magnesium I can buy
Brief background - I suffer from both severe chronic food allergies and sensitivities and regular migraines (I'm a poster child for leaky gut!). If any nutritional supplement has a trace of something questionable in it, it sets off a round of GI problems for me. Mag-Tab was recommended by my doctor as the only Mg supplement with a proven record of bioavailability. Mg oxide is cheap, but not well absorbed. Mg citrate is better, but wrecks my bowels, since it is a laxative. I've never, ever had any side effects from Mag-Tab. When I stopped using it for a while, my migraines became MUCH worse. Started using Mag-Tab again and the migraines settled back down. I take 4 tablets per day. I've been using it for years and it works for me!
True Long acting Magnesium
I have been taking the Mag Tab SR for at least 8 years now and it certainly works much better than anything else on the market for long lasting magnesium supplementation. There is no stomach distress or diarrhea with this form and they are easy to take. The large quantity bottle of 1,000 is economical and handy. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful the ladies of the ordering and processing dept. are. I receive my meds so quickly with the least expensive form of shipping. Once I had to have them in a very short amount of time and was going to order with a higher rate of shipping but the staff informed me that in all honesty it was not going to get there any faster for the higher rate. I have never had one negative issue with this medication or company in all these years. I will continue to use MagTab SR for my choice of long acting supplementation.

This has been a great product that I've been taking for 10 years due to Gitelmans syndrome. Was so glad to be able to order directly from the company which saves me a lot of money!
