Love this product!
MagTab SR is the only product that I have used that can keep my magnesium level within normal limits. And the customer service is outstanding!
Best Magnesium Supplement
I have taken Mag-Tab SR for approximately 25 years. I was having PVC's, which although generally benign, somewhat disconcerting. My Cardiologist found that I was low on Magnesium, and he recommended Mag-Tab SR to me as it is a slow release and had excellent absorption. I have been able to cut back to one a day. Over the years, I've had a few "flutters" of PVC's for a minute or two, but never again have I had the episodes that could go on for hours on a pretty regular basis. In other words, it has helped me maintain the proper level of Magnesium in my system.

Seems far more effective in raising serum magnesium than the oxide. It's expensive (I take four caps a day) but it's kept hypomagnesemia, and another seizure, away for nine years.
My lifesaver
Ive been wondering for so long where to find a magnesium that suits my stomach, ive tried so many labels but it doesnt work.
