Magnesium Type: Magnesium L-Lactate Dihydrate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, easy on the stomach, and has excellent absorption
Delivery System: Sustained-Release (SR) technology that delivers magnesium gradually over 12 hours per caplet. A true sustained release feature in a magnesium supplement is rare as most are immediate release.
Absorption Rate: Up to 41% absorption (clinical trials suggest this is up to 10x better absorbed than magnesium oxide) vs. 2-20% of other brands.
Dosing: Each caplet contains 84 mg of elemental magnesium. A standard adult dose is typically 1 caplet twice daily, which gives you around-the-clock 24-hour coverage.
